TESLA EMS offers surface mount assembly using YAMAHA's high precision production lines. The versatility of the production lines, thanks to the use of the latest solutions, makes it possible to assemble components from 01005 to 55x100x28 mm, with the productivity as high as 180 000 cph (components per hour), (according to IPC standard).
The actual placement speed depends mainly on the project and is chosen to maintain a compromise between efficiency and precision.
We use not only YAMAHA solder paste printers and pick&place machines , but also in-line automated optical inspection (AOI), which can detect possible deviations from the planned SMT manufacturing process even before the package is soldered in the oven.
The reflow oven itself offers two soldering options - conventional soldering and vacuum mode soldering, the latter is a method of producing connections for applications operating in difficult conditions, where in addition to the durability of the electrical connection, the mechanical connection is very important. s ie. outer space, mines, areas with high salinity (seaside), etc.
The Trough Hole Technology soldering process offered by TESLA EMS can be divided into two groups: soldering of complete PCBs using a very efficient soldering wave, and precision manual soldering combined with cleaning and final inspection.
The first method allows efficient soldering of several PCBs at once thanks to the use of specially profiled carriers , while manual soldering is dedicated to smaller batches or PCBs with a small number of THT components. Inspection of connections is performed using precision equipment.

Previously prepared electronic components together with metal or plastic elements are assembled into a finished device, tested, labelled and packaged according to the process developed with the customer. At this stage we provide comprehensive solutions, starting with the design, through the execution of the enclosures, final assembly, up to the final packaging, palletizing and shipping to the indicated address.
