TESLA's prototyping department validates the results of the device designers' work. This process enables the electronics to be assembled and mounted in the enclosure. This is an extremely important aspect, which if neglected would result in serious consequences during the later stages. Detection of possible defects at this stage allows to verify not only the design itself, but also the materials the device is made of.

TESLA EMS provides material samples and creates prototypes from design to box build. This activity is extremely time-consuming and involves the participation of many company departments, due to the number of aspects that have to be synchronized in a short period of time.

Starting with the purchase of small quantities of components (often an expensive and lengthy process, but with TESLA EMS you can reduce this process). The next stage is the preparation of PCB samples and component assembly.

TESLA EMS has several production lines, including those for volume production and dedicated lines for prototyping, which reduces queuing time to zero. The process of preparing enclosure prototypes takes place in parallel.

Components created in this way can be tested both separately and as an integral whole. Efficient acquisition of components and the possibility of simultaneous work on several aspects of the same device significantly reduce prototyping time. The use of existing suppliers and the ability to manufacture certain components directly at TESLA EMS additionally reduces costs by a substantial amount.
